Label your posts and bring the best ones back
A name and a color for each kind of post, and good posts back as drafts on a rhythm.
Updated
Two small habits keep a full calendar easy to read and easy to keep full. Labels say what kind of post each one is; repeats bring back the posts that worked. Both are in the Plan’s menu, on every plan.
1. Make the labels first
Labels in the Plan’s menu lists every label with how many posts carry it. New label makes one before any post has it, with a name of up to 40 characters and a color, so the whole team picks from the same few.

2. Give each post its label
In Create, open More options and pick a Label in use, or make one there with a name and a color. The label shows on the post’s card on the Plan.
3. Keep the list tidy
Rename everywhere changes a label’s name on every post that has it. A label no post has can be removed; one that posts have stays in the list, and removing never changes a post.
4. Bring good posts back
Choose Repeat in Create’s When to post, or on a posted post’s Results, and pick every 2, 4, 8 or 13 weeks. Each time, a copy comes back as a draft for review, so it can be freshened before it goes out again; nothing repeats by itself. The copy shows in Inbox → Updates.

5. Change or stop a rhythm
Repeating posts in the Plan’s menu lists every post that comes back, with when the next copy comes. Change its rhythm there, or Stop it.
