What counts as a channel?
Each place you post to: an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn company page, a Google location. Disconnected channels don’t count.
Do clients count as people?
No. Clients approving from a link never count. Only people who sign in to your workspace do.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Scheduling and posting pause until you pick a plan. Everything you made stays, and nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, in Settings → Plan and billing. A bigger plan starts at once, with the difference for the rest of the period charged today. A smaller plan starts at the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel, everything keeps working until then.
Monthly or yearly, what is the difference?
Yearly costs less: Team is €29.99 a month paid for the year at once, instead of €34.99 month to month. Monthly is billed each month and stops whenever you cancel.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT. Our payment provider, Paddle, adds your country’s VAT at checkout and takes care of it. EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay the price before VAT.
Do AI writing and X cost extra?
Not from us. Claude in Help me write works through your workspace's own Anthropic key, and X through your own X developer app, so what Anthropic and X charge for each use goes to your accounts with them, never through Release Social.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing changes for seven days while the payment is tried again, and the people who can pay see a reminder. After that, posting pauses until it is paid. Nothing is deleted, and posts that missed their time wait for you to decide.
Can I add more people or workspaces?
Yes, at any time. On Team each person past 5 is €8 a month; on Agency each person past 15 is €6 and each workspace past 10 is €8. You see the price before anything is added.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, and the other ways to pay our payment provider offers in your country, at checkout. Enterprise can pay by invoice and bank transfer.
How do I pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans can pay yearly by invoice and bank transfer: talk to us. On the other plans, every payment comes with an invoice you can download as a PDF in Settings → Plan and billing.
What happens to my posts if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more channels than the smaller plan allows, you choose which keep posting; the others stay connected and their posts wait until there is room.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy says when and how; you’ll find it on the Refunds page.
