Send clients a report they will read
A PDF for any period, and their results right on the calendar they already open.
Updated
Clients rarely open a dashboard. Release Social gives you two things they will look at: a PDF you send, and results on the calendar link they already have. Both come from the same numbers as Insights.
1. Pick the period
In Insights, choose 7, 14, 30 or 90 days. Every number is set against the same number of days just before, written out in words, such as “25 Sep – 8 Oct, against the 14 days before”, so nobody has to work out what changed.
2. Send the PDF
PDF report makes the report for that period: your workspace’s logo, the totals, reach by day, each network, the top ten posts and every post. For one campaign, Download PDF report from the campaign’s menu makes its own. PDF reports come with every plan.

3. Put the results on their calendar
In Plan → Share, the client calendar link opens a page with what is planned, by day; clients can see it, not change it. Turn on Include results and the same page shows the last 14 days of results. One link, and your client sees what is coming and how the last posts did. The client calendar comes with Team and up, and your logo on it with Agency and up.

Where the numbers come from
Each network reports its own numbers. Release Social asks for a post’s results an hour, a day and a week after it goes out, and keeps the last. A dash means the network didn’t give that number. Follower counts start the day after a channel is connected, so a new client’s first report may be short.
